- it has been the home of Fulham F.C. since 1896
- Fulham have only spent two years away from the ground in 2002-
  2004 they played at loftus road while craven cottage was being
  renovated
- the ground was officially opened in 1896
- craven cottage was originally designed by Archibald leitch who
  also designed anfield and highbury
- it has a seated capacity of 25,700 seats
- the record standing attendance is 49,335 people in 1938 when
  Fulham took on millwall
- the record seated attendance is 25,700 in 2009 when fullham took
  on arsenal
- the stadium is also famed for having a statue of Michael Jackson
- the stands are named the Hammersmith end, the Putney end,
  the riverside stand and the johnny Haynes stand.
